I was working for NYU Tisch Career Development helping actors, filmmakers, dancers, writers, and more evolve their skillsets and identify opportunity. I evolved these skills throughout my time working with students and professionals alike helping ID both the passion projects and the side hustles.

When I jumped into UX strategy and project management, I was reminded of the importance of building GREAT teams that mesh well on both hard skill and cultural affinity.
